Several videos about Tibet

Recently, there was a so-called "Peaceful-Protest" happened in Lhasa, China. Several Han chinese were killed by those "Peaceful Tibetan". Besides that, many western medias such as CNN, BBC report that event with serious prejudice to the China government. Here, I googled several videos to show what Tibet was and is. You may know a little more about the fact of Tibet and the people living there. Of course, it will be much better for many western people to learn something before saying anything. Otherwise, you will behaver like a fool.

土豆炖排骨

上个周去flashing驾校报名的时候,顺便从瓯江超市买了点排骨.昨天晚上按照老婆的指点把排骨作成了半成品, 今天就准备将其消灭掉.可是排骨做法千千万,选哪种那? 先看材料吧,打开冰箱,看到里面那几个冻了n天的土豆.得,今晚就来个土豆炖排骨吧.

网上菜谱:
起锅上油至七八成热时放入八角两颗焙下,倒入排骨翻炒,至排骨里血水烧干颜色发白时倒酱油,料酒，放入拍好的生姜，添入凉水至淹没肉块大火烧开,放盐,糖 转至文火慢烧,当汁水逐渐转稠时倒入切好的土豆块,翻炒后继续添凉水至淹没肉块,土豆块转大火烧开，转文火慢烧,当土豆酥烂时放入葱花,转大火翻炒收汁即可.

俺的简化菜谱:
起锅上油,七八成热时放入八角一颗,花椒少许,干辣椒几颗,外加葱姜少许,放入以基本煮熟的排骨若干翻炒,然后加入酱油少许(料酒没加,因为我在煮排骨的时候加了). 放入已切成块的土豆,接着加入煮排骨的肉汤将土豆及排骨漫过.调小炉火,文火炖至土豆烂了为止.当然喜欢吃硬一点的就少炖一会了. 呵呵,味道闻起来好极了.

MacBook inbuilt speaker doesn't work

After using my earphone to listen to some music, the inbuilt speaker of my macbook did not work and there was a little red light inside the hole of earphone. After restart the mac, the problem was still there. So I googled some solutions. The following is the official solution I got from Apple.com.

There is a switch inside the audio port that gets stuck...the red lite is the clue. You can insert and remove your speaker plug several times, or try using a small plastic or wood probe (like a toothpick) to gently trip the switch.
